Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances therein forfeited.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 24phjoin login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your account will be attributed to you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify 24phjoin support immediately. We will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
24phjoin is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at our discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. 24phjoin reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses awarded by 24phjoin are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 24phjoin reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, colluding with other players, or exploiting technical errors. Where bonus abuse is confirmed, 24phjoin may suspend the account and forfeit all associated balances.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game, 24phjoin reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a technical error are not valid and will not be paid out. 24phjoin shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to 24phjoin's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
